PLEASE NOTE:   

When you register, you are only paying the annual $45 registration fee.  


Classes run from September to May and unless I hear otherwise from parents with a two week notice, I assume your child is going to take lessons all year. 

 

Registration automatically rolls over into the next month, so no need to keep registering each month.


I send invoices at the end of each month, for the following month’s classes.  For example: at the end of August, I will send out an invoice for September classes.

Important Policy Information

TUITION

Group classes are $33 each.  Invoices are sent at the end of each month for the following month's classes.  Tuition must be paid within 2 weeks or a late charge of $25 is applied.


Camps are $260 and must be paid in full at time of registration.


Workshops are $80 and must be paid in full at time of registration.


Sip & Sews are $65 and must be paid in full at time of registration.


EARLY DROP OFF and LATE PICK UP AGREEMENT 

Doors open 5 minutes before each class, camp or workshop.  $1.00 per minute fee will be charged for every minute a child is dropped off early or picked up late. 


MATERIALS FEE

Students are to provide all material and supplies unless otherwise stated (materials are typically provided for camps and workshops) and a $20 fee for supplies will be charged if a child arrives to class unprepared. 

 

REFUND POLICY and MAKE-UPs  

A $45 non-refundable registration fee is required to hold a space for each class, workshop and camp. Spaces are not guaranteed without a deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations (7) days or less for classes, workshops or camps. Refunds cannot be provided for “no-shows”. If a child misses a class due to sickness or other scheduling conflicts, a make-up class may be scheduled within the same month.  Credits are not provided. If TrishTacSew cancels a class, workshop or camp due to low enrollment, teacher emergency or inclement weather, students will be notified by email and/or telephone, and a full refund will be made.
